Good ole fashion customer service is so rare today that the service Joe and Bob provide stands head and shoulders above almost everything else I experience in life. Price is always a factor in every buying decision, but when you only have one family vacation per year things have got to be right.... and your team flat makes thing right. The combination of price and service makes for a fabulous value.

The number one activity of my family on vacation was tubing and skiing - all made possible by great service, superb boating equipment, and a very friendly and helpful staff. I just wanted to tell you what a great time we had on the boat. My girls said the skis and the ski rope were comfortable and were quality, they had a great time. The tubes were a lot of fun too.

The boat had a lot of power and we really enjoyed ourselves. The gentleman who delivered the boat was very knowledgeable and really took his time to show us everything. He was extremely helpful.

We hope to go back up again next year and will definitely call you for another boat rental.

Dear Joe and Loriann:

This was truly a special weekend for the boys. Many had never been on a boat or tubing before.

There is always something from each activity that reminds us of why we do this. After getting off the tube, one of our youngest Scouts couldn't stop saying, "This is the best thing I've ever done". He even mentioned that he was going to ask his mom if they could get a boat.

We also have a special needs Scout. He loved riding on the boat. Normally the rain is an issue with him, but it didn't even come up.

Thank you for being part of 16 Scouts' special weekend. The adults loved it as well!! Next time, we'll hope for better weather.

Just to let you know, the pick-up and drop-off was very easy and smooth. Like wise, the boat was beautiful and like-new.

First, I'd like to thank Joe and yourself for working with us and delivering a boat so far from your home base (Grand Junction, Michigan). Without the pontoon, we would not have had an enjoyable vacation last week.

Second, Joe was great! He delivered the boat to the location, on time, without any delays. It was not an easy location to find but Joe did it on time and without any trouble.

Thank You so much for such a wonderful day in Traverse City. We spent the day tubing away on Long Lake and it was a perfect day. Our family had never been tubing together and we will now make it a yearly tradition with you.

You were out of tubes the morning we got there and Joe never hesitated to go into the marina and buy us a brand new one. That made a great impression on what kind of company you are. And our driver who transported us to and from the boat launch was so kind and nice to my family. Great experience all around and we will highly recommend you to anyone looking for fun up north.
